Posted on: October 6, 2025[ARCHIVED] Important Dates to Remember - November 4 Election
- Thursday, September 25th – Absent Voter ballots available in-person at the City Clerk’s Office.
- Friday, September 26th - First mailing of Absent Voter ballots to voters who have already submitted an application or are on the Permanent Ballot List.
- Monday, October 20th - Last day to register to vote in any matter other than in-person at your local Clerk’s Office.
- Tuesday, October 21st through Tuesday, November 4th until 8:00pm - A person may register to vote in-person at their local Clerk’s Office with proof of residency.
- Friday, October 31st 5:00pm - Deadline for voters to request an absent voter ballot to be mailed via first class mail.
- Saturday, November 1st - Weekend election office hours at City Hall from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Monday, November 3rd 4:00pm - Deadline for registered voters to request an absent voter ballot in-person at the City Clerk’s Office. Note the Clerk's Office will be temporarily located at the Armory Community Center, 439 W. Main Street for November 3 and 4.
- Tuesday, November 4th until 8:00pm - A person registering to vote in-person at the City Clerk’s Office may obtain and vote an absent voter ballot with proof of residency or vote in-person at the Armory.
- Tuesday, November 4th - Polls are open 7:00am through 8:00pm. All voters in line at 8pm will be able to vote.
