Ordinance No. 592 – To codify ordinances and certain resolutions adopted since March 6, 2024, into the City Code
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: A Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers, Ionia City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, Ionia, Michigan on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 6:30 PM at a meeting of the Ionia City Council, to receive comments on Ordinance No. 592. If approved, this ordinance codifies ordinances and certain resolutions adopted since March 6, 2024, into the City Code. Following the public hearing City Council will be asked to approve the ordinance on second reading. The ordinance will become effective immediately upon publication.
Review Ordinance Number 592 - Recodification through 3-5-25 (PDF) online or at City Hall during regular business hours for all proposed changes. Comments or questions regarding the ordinance may be offered at the public hearing or provided to Assistant City Manager, Jonathan Bowman, at the City Hall address above, by phone at (616) 523-0147, or via e-mail at jbowman@ci.ionia.mi.us prior to the public hearing.
