Site Condominium Application
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The City of Ionia Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 4:30 PM, Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, Ionia, Michigan to receive comments on the site condominium application for 520 E. Washington Street. The proposed development would result in fourteen (14) residential site condominium units known as the Homes of Heritage Row Condominiums.
At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission may take action on the request.
The proposed application may be viewed at City Hall during regular business hours. Comments regarding the request may be offered at the Public Hearing or may be mailed to Jonathan Bowman, Assistant City Manager & City Clerk, at the City Hall address listed above or via e-mail at jbowman@ci.ionia.mi.us prior to the Public Hearing.
