NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Mark Purkey, LLC – 703 W. Lincoln Ave.
Request for Final Site Plan Review for a Gas Station Expansion

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: The City of Ionia Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 4:30 PM, Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at City Hall, 114 N. Kidd Street, Ionia, Michigan 48846, to receive comments on the final site plan review request made by Mark Purkey, LLC. The site plan is for an expansion to the existing gas station located at 703 W. Lincoln Ave. The property at 703 W. Lincoln Ave. is located in the B-3 General Business District which permits gas stations as a use by right.

At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission may act on the request. 

Comments regarding the request may be offered at the Public Hearing, mailed to Jonathan Bowman, Assistant City Manager, at the City Hall address listed above, or e-mailed to jbowman@ci.ionia.mi.us prior to the Public Hearing.
