Randy Jewell serves the City of Ionia as a contractual assessor. Randy was born and raised in Charlotte, Michigan. Randy attended Lansing Community College as well as other various educational classes relating to the field of assessing and appraising. He is currently a level 3 certified assessor. Randy is also a former certified appraiser and has worked for lending institutions and attorneys.
