Overview
The BRA consists of five members appointed for three-year terms. These members are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council. The purpose of the City of Ionia Brownfield Redevelopment Authority is to carry out those purposes and exercise those powers as conferred upon it by the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, (the "Act"), 1996 PA 381, as amended.
