Fred W. Green Park, located at 2545–2807 E. Main Street just past the Ventra manufacturing facility, is a peaceful City park set along the banks of Prairie Creek. The park features a playground and a pavilion, making it a great spot for family outings or small gatherings. It is also home to a historic site known as "The Camping Ground of the 21st Michigan Infantry," featuring a commemorative plaque that honors the regiment’s service during the Civil War.
