Applicants must also upload proof of ownership via your Property Transfer Affidavit, lease, or utility agreement signed by both you and your landlord, or the death certificate and the legal document showing you as the Administrator of the Estate. All applicants are subject to a $4 transfer fee. A deposit of $120 to $240 is required for all tenants of rental properties.
